Complete the pattern by adding a fifth term.
In the above pattern, we observe that:
(i) The first figure has one dot.
(ii) The second figure has a single dot(the one in the previous figure) and the next row has 1 + 1 = 2 dots.
(iii) The third figure has all the dots that are in the second figure and a row which has 2 + 1 = 3 dots.
So each figure has all the dots that the previous figure had and another row which has one more dot than the last row in the previous figure.
So, the fifth figure will have all the dots that the fourth figure has and another row which has 4 + 1 = 5 dots.
Also note that the figures have the same orientation.
