Yeast reproduces asexually by the budding method. In this method the parent yeast cell forms an extension of the cell wall along-with cell membrane and the nucleus divides such that the daughter nucleus moves into the extension. This is called bud that gradually develops and detaches from the parent cell to develop into a mature yeast cell.
