In both complexes [NiCl6]4and[Ni(CN)6]4, the oxidation state of nickel s +2.

They have octahedral geometry.

The coordination number of nickel is 6 as six ligands are attached.

The EAN is EAN=ZX+Y=282+12=38.

Th outer electronic configuration of Ni+2 is 3d8.

Both contains 2 unpaired electrons and are paramagnetic in nature. The spin only magnetic moment has value 8B.M..

Thus options A, B and C are correct.

They contain different ligands which have different field strength and hence differ in the stability and colour.
