(a) 30 + (-25) + (-10) = 30 - 25 - 10 = 30 - (25+10) = 30 - 35 = -5

(b) (-20) + (-5) = -20 - 5 = -(20 + 5) = -25

(c) 70 + (-20) + (-30) = 70 - 20 - 30 = 70 - (20 + 30) = 70 - 50 = 20

(d) -50 + (-60) + 50 = -50 - 60 + 50 = -50 + 50 -60 = -60

(e) 1+ (-2) + (-3) + (-4) = 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 = 1 - (2 + 3 + 4) = 1 - 9 = -8

(f) 0 + (-5) + (-2) = 0 - 5 - 2 = 0 - (5 + 2) = 0 - 7 = -7

(g) 0 - (-6) - (+6) = 6 - 6 = 0

(h) 0 - 2 - (-2) = 0 - 2 + 2 = -2 + 2 = 0
