The correct option is B

321 sq unit


Given equation can be rewritten as focal chord
(x2)24(y+2)22=1
e=1+24=32

For point A ,
x2=2
x=2+2

Co-ordinates of A = (2+2,0)

For point C,x2=ae=6x=6+2

Co-ordinates of A = (6+2,0)
Now, AC=6+222=62
and BC=b22=22=1
Area of ΔABC=12×(62)×1=321 sq unit
