Work done by gravitional force Wg=mgh
Wg=11000×10×1000=10 J
Change in kinetic energy, K.E=12mv20

By work energy theorem, Wg+Wair resistance=K.E
10+Wair resistance=1.25
Wair resistance=8.75 J
