FeCr2O4+Na2CO3+O2Fusion−−−Na2+VICrO4H+H2ONa2+VICr2O7H+/H2O2−−−−−+VICrO(O2)2 (deep blue violet) H2OO2+H2O+Cr3+

Hence, we can see that in all the three compounds, Na2CrO4 [X], Na2Cr2O7 [Y] and CrO(O)2 [Z], chromium is in the +6 oxidation state.
