  • V: Neon (atomic number =10)
  • W: Calcium (atomic number =20)
  • X: Zinc (atomic number =30)
  • Y: Zirconium (atomic number =40)

The amphoteric line of the periodic table divides the metals from the non-mentals. The elements on the left of the line are metals and the elements on the right are the non-metals.

According to the above concept,

Element V lies on the right side of the line.
