(II) Compound G is phenol which gives positive Liebermann's nitroso test. Phenol reacts with benzenediazonium salt to produce a yellow-orange, azo compound. Unsubstituted phenol reacts with CAN to give a dark brown ppt, which helps in distinguishing it from alcohols.

(IV) Compound D is acetanilide which is used to decrease the rate of decomposition of H2O2.
