The correct option is B Plate b
Here the north pole moving away from the magnet , so the induced current in the loop viewed from left side will flow in such a way that it will behave like a north pole so south pole developed in the coil when the right side of the loop . the flow of induced current is anti-clockwise so the plate B acquires positive charge .
hence B option is the correct answer
