$I_{E} = \frac{10 - V_{E}}{4 k Ω} = \frac{10 - 4}{4 k Ω} = 1.5 m A$
$V_{C} = - 5 + 1.5 = - 3.5 V$
$V_{E B} = V_{E} - V_{B} = 0.7 V$
$V_{B} = 4 - 0.7 = 3.3 V$
