Assuming transistors M1 and M2 are in saturation region.

Thus, VGS1=VGS2=Vx
and V=V1V2
but ID1ID2=(WL)1(WL)2=1.5...(i)
and ID1+ID2=200μA...(ii)
Thus from (i) and (ii), we get,
ID1=120μA,ID2=80μA
now, V1=540×103×120×106=0.2V
V2=540×103×80×106=1.8V
V=0.21.8V=1.6V
