Consider the circuit shown in the figure below.



The input to the ideal op-amp is given as 1 V, the MOSFET which is connected in the feedback path has μoCoxW2L=10mA/V2 and a threshold voltage VT=1V. If the effect of channel length modulation of the MOSFET is negligible, then the output voltage (V0) will be equal to __________V.

ID=11×103=1mA
Now, since the op-amp is ideal,

ID=1D=1mA

V0=VGS

Now, ID=Kp(VGSVi)2

1×103=10×103(VGSVT)2

Now, 110=(VGSVT)2

VGS=110+VT=1+110=1.316V

Now, VD=VGS=1.316V
