The diodes are identical with cut-in voltage 0.6 V then the current flowing through diode D2 is equal to ______mA.

Assume that diode D3 is ON, then we find that voltage V1 will be equal to 50.6=4.4 V.

now, if V1=4.4 V then diode D1 will be OFF.

Current through diode D2 is equal to ID2=4.40.60.5×103=7.6 mA
