Both the Supreme Court and High courts have the power to issue writs for the enforcement of Fundamental Rights under Article 32 and 226 respectively. The High court can issue writs for the legal rights as well while the supreme court can issue only for the fundamental rights. The decision of the supreme court is binding on all courts throughout the territory of India.
