The correct option is C V2=6 V
The given electric circuit is a series electric circuit, i.e. the bulbs are connected in series with the battery.

In a series electric circuit, the total voltage is equal to the sum of the individual voltages, i.e. V=V1+V2+V3
V2=V(V1+V3)
V2=15(5+4)
V2=159=6 V

In a series electric circuit, the current flowing through all the components is same, i.e. the current flowing through the bulb V2 is also going to be 2 A.
