When a flower exposes its anthers and stigma, the flower is open to pollination from any other flower. This condition is called chasmogamy and such a flower is called chasmogamous flower. Complete autogamy (self-pollination) is rare in chasmogamous flower. Statement a is correct.

In the case of sea grass, the female flowers remain submerged in water. The pollen grains are released inside the water. Statement b is correct.

The transmitting tissue is the tissue in the solid style of a carpel through which the pollen tube grows. It connects the stigma and the inside of ovary. It consists of densely cytoplasmic cells with intercellular mucilage. Statement c is correct.

When the pollen grain is mature it contains two cells, the vegetative cell and generative cell. Statement d is incorrect.

The only option which has only the correct options is option c in which both statements b and c are correct.
