Given reactions are:
Cl2+2NaOHNaCl+NaClO+H2O3NaClO2NaCl+NaClO34NaClO3NaCl+3NaClO4
1 mole of Cl2 reacts with 2 moles of NaOH to produce 1 mole of NaCl, 1 mole of NaClO and 1 mole of H2O.
But after the completion of reaction all the NaClO3 produced will decompose to give NaCl and NaClO4. Hence moles of NaClO3 obtained after the completion of reaction by taking 1 mole of Cl2 and other reagents in excess is zero.
