Isotonic solutions have the same molar concentration of solute particles in solution.
Molar concentration of particles in solution are :

(a)=0.1 M in glucose (only one particle is there in solution)

(b)=2×0.05 =0.1 M in NaCl (two particles Na+,Cl are there in solution)

(c)=3×0.05 =0.15 M in BaCl2 (Three particles Ba2+,2Cl are there in solution)

(d)=4×0.1=0.4 M in AlCl3 (Four particles Al3+,3Cl are there in solution)

Hence, 0.1 M glucose and 0.05 M NaCl solutions are isotonic.

Therefore, option A is correct.
