1. Specific heat capacity(c) is given as, Q=mcΔT, i.e. amount of heat required to raise the temperature of unit mass of a substance through unit degree temperature change.

2. By above equation, SI unit of Specific heat capacity is Jkg1K1 and CGS unit is cal g1 oC1

3. Thermal capacity (C) is given as, Q=CΔT which is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of a given amount of substance through unit degree temperature change.

So all the statements are correct.
