1) If x2 is a factor of x33x2+4x4, then,
f(2)=0
f(2)=(2)33(2)2+84=0

2) If x+1 is a factor of 2x3+4x6, then,
f(1)=0
f(1)=2(1)3+4(1)6=120
Hence, statement 2 is incorrect.

3) If x1 is a factor of x5+x4x3+x2x+1, then,
f(1)=0
f(1)=1+11+11+10
Hence, statement 3 is incorrect.
