For a given value of angle of incidence , the angle of deviation produced by a prism increases with increasing of refractive index of prism because deviation in a prism is given by δ=i+i1(γ+γ1)
So, by increasing refractive index of prism γ and γ1 decreases by Snell's law so, δ increases.
Angle of deviation produced by thin prism is independent of angle of incidence because in thin prism angle of deviation is given by δ=(μ1)A.
which is independent of incidence angle. Hence A and B are true.
