The correct option is A 1, 2 and 4
Total head is given by

H1=Z1+p1ρg+V212g

=10+1=11 m

at 10 cm section. For horizontal pipe datum head will remain same.

Discharge Q=VA=V(πD24)

Discharge is proportional to square of diameter. From continuity equation discharge does not vary from 10 cm section to 5 cm section.

V1A1=V2A2

Velocity at 5 cm section,

V2=V1×(105)2=4V1.

Velocity head at 5 cm section

=V222g=16V212g=16 m

Using Bernoulli's equation, we get

p1ρg+V212g=p2ρg+V222g

p2ρg=1116=5 m

Thus pressure head at 5 cm section is negative.
