Solution

The correct option is C 2 and 3
  • The phragmoplast in a cell starts during late cytokinesis. It serves as scaffold for cell plate assembly and subsequent formation of a new cell wall separating the two daughter cells.
  • The phragmoplast initially contains the congruent orientation of the cortical array of microtubules which lies just inside the plasma membranes and cellulose microfibrils lying just outside. In the progressive stages, phragmoplast forms barrel shaped organ with microtubules, golgi apparatus, ribosomes and endoplasmic reticulum.
  • Cell wall biosynthesis begins during cell division in the cytokinesis phase through the formation of the cell plate in the middle of the cell. Eventually, the primary cell wall is assembled by the deposition of polymers, hemicelluloses, pectin. And microtubules which lies just inside the plasma membrane is present during both primary and secondary cell wall deposition.
So, the correct option is 'C'.
