The correct option is A 1 only
From Taylor's formula, we have

$T_{v} = \frac{C_{v} t}{d^{2}}$

For full consolidation i.e. U = 100%. $T_{v}$ will more or less be a constant.

$∴ C_{v} t = c o n s t a n t$

$\Rightarrow C_{v} \propto \frac{1}{t}$

Thus, larger the value of coefficient of consolidation, smaller it takes for full consolidation to occur.
