Consider the following statements concerned with Indian National Army (INA).

Statements 1 is correct because the Idea of INA was first conceived in Malaya by Mohan Singh. The Japanese handed over the Indian prisinors of war (POWs) to Mohan Singh who recruited them to INA hence 2nd statements is incorrect.
A women’s regiment called Rani Jhansi Regiment was formed and hence 3rd statements is incorrect. In later phases there were many differences arose between Japanese army and INA hence no strong support to INA by Japanese side. And hence 4th statement is also incorrect.
Indian National Army:-
Indian power was handed over to Mohan Singh by Japanese who recruited them to INA. By 1942 40,000 men expressed willingness to join INA would take action only after invitation of INC. The INA was also seen by many as a means of checking the misconduct of the Japanese against India. Serious differences emerged in 1942 between Japanese and INA lead by Mohan Singh.
The second phase of INA began with arrival of Subhash Chandra Bose to Singapore on 1943 Bose returned to Singapore after going to Tokyo to meet PM of Japan and set up provisional government of free India in 1943 first.
INA headquarter was shifted to Rangoon and Singapore. Rani Jhansi a women regiment was formed in 1944.
