Solution

The correct options are
A Micelles from ionic surfactants can be formed only above a certain temperature called the Kraft temperature
C At critical micelle concentration, several properties of solution of surfactants such as molar conductivity , surface tension and osmotic pressure change
D Micelles are associated colloids
A, B and D are correct.
  1. Kraft Temperature:- The kraft temperature is the minimum temperature at which surfactant forms micelles. Below kraft temperature, there is no value for the CMC (Critical micelle concentration).
  2. CMC:- Concentration of surfactants above which micelle form and all the additional surfactants added to the system will go to micelle.
