For the fully transposed transmission line,
Positive sequence impedance Z1=ZsZm
Negative sequence impedance Z2=ZsZm
Zero sequence impedance Z0=Zs+2Zm+3Zn
Where, Zs= Self impedance / ph
Zm= Mutual impedance / ph

If the system voltages are unbalanced, we have a neutral current In flowing through the neutral (ground) having impedance Zn

From above equations, we can say
  1. Positive and negative sequence impedance are equal.
