The correct option is A 1 only
There is major problem in series combination of appliances that if one of them gets damaged or fused, then the whole circuit does not work and all the other appliances automatically gets switched off. Thus domestic electrical wiring is basically a parallel connection.
So, statement 1 is correct. but rest of the statement are false.
