Endomembrane system includes endoplasmic reticulum (ER), Golgi apparatus and lysosomes, so the structures included in the option are not a part of it is correct. On the other hand, a cluster of ribosomes held together by a strand of mRNA is polysomes. Glycoprotein synthesis occurs in two sequences, in endoplasmic reticulum and golgi apparatus.
