Applying KCL at node $V^{+}$ , we get
$\frac{V^{+} - 4}{20 k} + \frac{V^{+} + 4}{10 k} = 0$
$\frac{V^{+}}{20 k} + \frac{V^{+}}{10 k} = \frac{4}{20 k} - \frac{4}{10 k}$
$V^{+} = - \frac{4}{3} V$
