The given reaction is an aldol condensation reaction.
Initially OH will abstract an αhydrogen from cyclopentanone and will form a carbanion. The carbonanion will attack the carbonyl of another molecule of cyclopentanone to form aldol.
While heating the product it undergoes β-elimination to form the more substituted alkene product (stable).
