Let the displacement of blocks of mass 1kg and 2kg be x1 and x2 respectively.

Using work theorem : 2Tx2Tx1=0

x1=2x2

Differentiating twice w.r.t time we get, 2a2=a1 a2=a2

For block of mass 2 kg : 2(a/2)=2T a=2T

For block of mass 1 kg : a=gT
