The sum of the three numbers in a row will be equal to 80.

Sum of numbers in 1st Row, 44+21+15 = 80

Sum of numbers in 3rd Row, 40+23+17 = 80

So, the sum of numbers in the 2nd row should also be 80.
X = 80 - (38+23) = 19
