The correct option is C 0.8 V
As $I_{s}, I_{C}$ both are same for two transistors

$(V_{E B})_{p n p} = (V_{B E})_{n p n}$

$(V_{E B})_{p o p} = 2 V - 1.2 V = 0.8$

$(V_{B E})_{n p n} = V_{x}$

SO, $V_{x} = 0.8 V$
