Solution

The correct options are
A The maximum voltage range is obtained when all the components are connected in series
D The maximum current range is obtained when all the components are connected in parallel
For maximum voltage,

Vmax=I(Rg+Seq.)

This would happen when all components are in series.

For maximum current,

Seq. will be Parallel combination of two shunt and one galvanometer since in that case max current would flow through Rg

Answer is A and C options.
