The correct option is A 1.5N
If one spring shows 1.5 N this shows that the tension in the string is 1.5 N (to maintain equilibrium). Now, symmetrical situation exists for the other spring as well , it is pulled by a tension of 1.5 N, hence it shows a reading of 1.5 N
