The correct option is A 1220 A,1220 A
Since the positive terminal of the battery is connected to p type of both diodes D1 and D2, those are forward biased.

These diodes are replaced by with their forward resistance as shown in figure,


The effective resistance of 20 Ω and 20 Ω in parallel,

1R=120+120

R=202=10 Ω

Therefore, total current I in the circuit

I=VR=1100+10=1110 A

I1=I2=12×1110=1220 A

Hence, option (A) is correct.
