Construct a circle of radius 3cm. Take a point P on it. Construct a tangent to circle at P without using the centre of the circle.

Given radius is 3cm

Now,
We draw a circle of radius 3cm.
Take any point P on this circle . we have to draw tangent to this circle posing through P.
Draw any chord PA.
Take a point B in the major arc. Join BA and BP.
Draw angleABP= angle ΔAPX.
Extend XP along P to Y.

then,
XY is the required tangent.
