Base $A B = 6.5 c m,$ $B C = 4 c m$
Altitude corresponding to $A B = 3.1 c m$
Length of perpendicular from $A$ on $D C = A L = 3.1 c m$
$⊥$ distance between two parallel sides are same
$∴$ Length of the perpendicular from $C$ on $A B = A M = 3.1 c m$
Hence, the answer is parallelogram constructed.
