$\Rightarrow$ To get point $C,$ draw an arc from $A$ of length $6.5cm$ and draw another arc from $B$ of length $4.2cm.$ the intersecting point of these arc is Point $C.$

$\Rightarrow$ Now to get point $D,$ draw a arc from point $A$ of length $4.2cm$ and draw another arc from point $C$ of length $3.6cm.$ the intersecting point of these arcs is point $D.$

Now join $BC$, $CD$ and $AD$ now you have a parallelogram
