Open in App
Solution

We have to construct a parallelogram where opposite sides are equal.
side AB=CD=3.6cm
side BC=AD=4.2cm
Diagonal AC=6.5cm
Draw AB=3.6cm
To get point C, draw an arc from A of length 6.5cm and draw another arc from B of length 4.2cm. the intersecting point of these arc is Point C.
Now to get point D, draw a arc from point A of length 4.2cm and draw another arc from point C of length 3.6cm. the intersecting point of these arcs is point D.
Now join BC, CD and AD now you have a parallelogram
