$\Rightarrow$ Take $B$ as center with radius $3.8cm$ and draw an arc.

$\Rightarrow$ Take $A$ as center with radius $2.3cm$ and draw an arc, which meets previous arc at point $D.$

$\Rightarrow$ Join $AC,BC,AS,BD$ and $CD$.

$\Rightarrow$ By using a scale measure the length of $CD$.

$\Rightarrow$ We get, $CD=2.7cm$
