Construct a quadrilateral ABCD in which AB=BC=3 cm, AD=5 cm, $∠ A = 90^{\circ}$ and $∠ B = 105^{\circ}$ .

Solution

(i) Draw a line segment AB=3 cm.

(ii) At A, draw a ray AX making an angle of $90^{\circ}$ and cut off AD=5 cm.
(iii) At B, draw another ray BY making an angle of $105^{\circ}$ and cut off BC= cm.
(iv) Join CD.
Then ABCD is the required quadrilateral.
