Step III:- With $C$ as the center and radius $5cm$ and draw an arc to intersect the arc drawn in step II at $D$.

Step IV:- With $C$ as the center and radius $5.6cm$ and draw an arc on the same side.

Step V:- With $D$ as the center and radius $4.5cm$ and draw an arc to intersect the arc drawn in step IV at $A$.

Step VI:- Join $BA,DA,CD,AC$ and $BD$.

Then, the obtained the required quadrilateral $ABCD$.
