Solution

Draw a line segment AB=6cm.
With B as a center and radius BC=4cm, draw an arc.
With A as a center and radius AC=8cm, draw an arc intersecting the previous arc at point C.
Again take B as a center and radius BD=7cm, draw an arc.
With C as a center and radius CD=7cm, draw an arc intersecting the previous arc at point D4.
Join AC,BC,BD,CDandAD.
