$\Rightarrow$ With N as a center and radius NL = 4cm, draw an arc.
$\Rightarrow$ With I as a center and radius IL = 3.5cm, draw an arc intersecting the previous arc at point L.
$\Rightarrow$ Again take I as a center with radius IE = 5cm, draw an arc.
$\Rightarrow$ With L as a center and radius LE = 3cm, draw an arc intersecting the previous arc at point E.
$\Rightarrow$ Join NL, IL, IE, LE and NE.
