We know that, in rectangle the measure of each angle is ${90}^o$ and diagonals are equal.

$\Rightarrow$ Draw a line segment $PQ=5.5cm$

$\Rightarrow$ Draw an angle of ${90}^o$ at point $P$ and $Q$

$\Rightarrow$ Take $P$ and $Q$ as center with radius $6.2cm$ and draw an arc on opposite perpendicular. We will get points $R$ and $S$

$\Rightarrow$ Join $PR,QS$ and $RS$.

$\therefore$ $PQRS$ is required rectangle.
