$\Rightarrow$ Take $O$ as a center cut off $OD=4.2cm$ and $OB=4.2cm$

$\Rightarrow$ Join $AB,BC,CD$ and $AD$.

$\Rightarrow$ Thus, $ABCD$ is required rectangle.
