Step 1: Draw a line segment $AC=7cm$

Step 2: Construct an angle $CX$ of ${30}^o$ at $C$.

Step 3: Draw another line segment from $A$ so that it intersects $CX$ at $B$ and join $AB$.

Step 4: Then draw the bisectors of side $AC$ and $BC$ which will meet at a point say $O$.

Step 5: Take any one of the corner as radius with the centre as $O$ and draw the circle.
